This course explores how cinnamon’s bioactive compounds contribute to oral cancer prevention and therapeutic modulation. Learners will uncover the molecular mechanisms through which key cinnamon actives influence oral cancer biology, including their roles in oxidative stress regulation, apoptosis induction, and cell-cycle control. The program further introduces disease–herb target intersection analysis, revealing how cinnamon interacts with cancer-relevant pathways at a systems level.

Participants will also gain hands-on experience with multi-target network modelling to map the complex pharmacology of cinnamon against oral cancer nodes. Finally, the course integrates machine-learning–based scoring approaches to evaluate cinnamon’s overall anticancer potential, enabling evidence-driven prioritisation of bioactives for future research or product development.
